Instructions for Consumers / Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for delivery of unsealed audio or video recordings. A product is considered to be unsealed if the protective film of the media bears a notice that the opening of this film is to be regarded as such an unsealing. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement by e-mail. The withdrawal statement shall be sent to:

If you make use of this option, we will confirm receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g. by e-mail). In order to ensure the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Thomas Kessler - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.
